This Operations unit is broken into two workgroups that are collectively referred to as Media Center:

• Media Support
• Public Media Services

Media Support
This workgroup provides the following IDT services:

Public Media Services
This workgroup provides the following IDT services:

• Checkout of media materials
• Access to Media Reserve including media materials placed on reserve by instructors to support course work
• ITV (Instructional Television) playback :
• Assistance in retrieving materials from the Media Center's collection
• Listening and viewing equipment for all formats in the Media Center's collection
• Instruction in the use of media equipment
• Media Presentation Room provides users with the ability to create, edit and review digital format productions in a group study environment
• Camcorders (6) total: 3 mini-cams, 3 Analog; VHS-C and Hi-8 To be used in-house only
